bad SIM card
I was extremely thrilled when I found this phone... there are not many cell phones today in the market with a removal battery. a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a charging brick in the box... but this phone had all of that. unfortunately, since this phone was released so long ago, the SIM card is no longer recognizable by the device so I had to return it.

Do not purchase this phone. I brought this for my 62 year dad and he has had problems since day 1. Phone freezes. he can't see who's calling, it's slow etc.

vERY DIFFICULT TO USE FOR THOSE THAT ARE NOT INTO TECHNOLOGY!! the instruction book... hard to understand... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE...... sorry MY grandson purchased this Nokia for me......

didnt unlock after the the 60 days and because its after the 90 days they wont unlock it. junk phone with just walmart customer service
