Bad Experience
Verizon website advertised Essential Mobile Hotspot (15 GB) plan for $20/month. But after I purchased the Orbic Mobile Hotspot, Verizon Representative told me that this plan requires a phone line. They said that Hotspot Only plan is $90/month (100 GB). When I tried to activate the Orbic Mobile Hotspot, Verizon Representative told me the SIM is not compatible with their network. Unbelievable.

PREPAID USE ONLY (NOT VERIZON)
I PURCHASED THIS ORBIC SPEED HOT SPOT TO REPLACE ONE I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS. WHEN I CALLED VERIZON (MY PROVIDER FOR YEARS) TO TRANSFER, I WAS TOLD THE NEW ONE WAS "PREPAID ONLY" AND COULD NOT BE USED ON MY ACCOUNT AT VERIZON. REFUND STILL PENDING.

Why is this still on the market?
Bought this for my dad, went through 50 Gigs in a matter of days. I should have read the reviews on this device before purchasing it! Couldn't return it either.
