Battery is a grave disappointment
I ordered this phone intending to set it up with Verizon. I could not transfer the sim so I brought it into VERIZON and was told it was FAKE. The IMEI did not exist.
I'm not happy with my new Samsung S23 phone. First off I had it only a week before the screen broke from a fall out of my pocket. Even though I had a glass screen protector and phone case on it. Glass screen protector didn't break just the screen on the phone itself. It is also very slow to charge (between 4-6 hours) and the charge doesn't even last 12 hours. My old phone lasted 3-4 days and it was 5 years old. Still trying to figure out if some of the other problems are settings or I just have a dumb not smart phone. I wish I would have stuck with my Motorola!!
I have tried ordering this phone twice but both times I was sent a phone locked to only be used with a Verizon SIM card, IT'S NOT UNLOCKED
The phone delivered is a Verizon locked phone.
Even though item description says unlocked, the phone was locked to Verizon! Seller did not respond when I tried to reach them.
