Verizon Wireless Samsung Galaxy S10+ 128GB, Prism Black

Upgrading from the S8 which is a great phone in of itself. This Samsung Galaxy S10+ is hands down the best phone I've ever owned. it's sleek design makes this phone so slim it slips in and out of my pockets with ease. The screen is the most beautiful on the market full stop. It's much brighter and cleaner than even my wife's i-phone x. After seeing my new S10+ she may be the latest i-phone convert. It's lighting fast. I just installed USB 3.1 ports on my desktop computer and i literally transferred 450 mb of photos that i had originally transferred from my old phone at least twice as fast as i would have before. Seemingly transferred in the blink of an eye. The prism blue is just a stunning color. After having the phone a few days now, I can now say with confidence. The messaging is much faster and has a few nicer more intuitive features (using Message + with Verizon). Snappier response times from all apps and functions overall. I'm a sound engineer by trade, so I love making my own ringtones and they upload with ease to the S10 + and play beautifully through its Dolby Atmos speakers. I have extensive LED lighting throughout my home and control all of it through Amazon Alexa which works seamlessly with the S10+ . I use my spottily premium account to listen to my playlists in my Honda CRV which also paired via Bluetooth with the S10+ with out even a slight hiccup The camera is a very clear, standout upgrade and has really impressed me with it's ultra-wide field of view. I use it a lot for taking pictures and videos, mostly of my wife and 2 kids. As a side note. I got an s10 e for my son. Its his first phone. I did NOT order p[protective cases in time for the arrival of the phones, but i thought it wouldn't be a problem since it would only be a couple of days before they arrived and we would mostly be using the phones around the house....well, we both dropped our phones a couple of times during that weekend and by Sunday had noticed scratches om the screen. we were both pretty bummed , they were not terrible scratches, but scratches none the less that we got on our brand new phones after only a day or 2. we thought we would just have to deal with them for now...BUT ................I completely forgot, until I noticed and little glimmer on the edge of the screen, THEY SHIP WITH STOCK SCREEN PROTECTORS!!! When we peeled them back, revealing or once again pristine screens we were so happy,they really saved the day for us. I would highly recommend this phone. Its gorgeous, its fast. it's seamless. It's the best you can get. I was unsure whether or not I really wanted to upgrade just yet. I'm SO glad I did.

Coming from an iPhone 6, to an S7 Edge and then an S8 after cracking said S7 Edge, and having many problems with both phones: The S10+ has been FLAWLESS. I have bought a lot of nice technology, from expensive gaming monitors to the Xbox One X, but I can't think of a single better purchase than this. Battery life is amazing and has not died on me ONCE. Camera quality finally convinced my girlfriend that Samsung takes better pictures than the iPhone. Ultrawide is a favorite feature of mine. Wireless charge share will come in handy and I think the punchout actually compliments the phone, not impeding it.

Had my phone lil over a month. It does everything they say it will do...except...(here's the exasperating part!) the cottonpickin screen is soo aggravating. Takes several times for the fingerprint to work. Takes even more tries to answer or hang up the phone. If I still had my old phone..would swap back in a heartbeat!

I purchased the Galaxy S10+. I have had many Samsung phones. The phone has a great interface, the screen is magnificent and it is fast! I am disappointed in how slow and unreliable the finger print verification is. I had a Note 8 that was flawless. This one takes 3 or 4 tries! I am definitely missing the LED notification light. If i didn't already give back my Note 8, I would have returned the S10+. You can't even tell when the phone is fully charged with out picking it up and turning it on. How dumb! Bixby is a total waste! Why even have it.

I upgraded from my S9+ to this phone, and so far it's been much more of a hassle than I had anticipated. The fingerprint scanner is too finicky, removing the facial recognition was a step back, and the screen randomly turns on when I am talking on the phone, which causes me to start video chats on accident. This is the only phone I have had that issue with. The hole punch design doesn't bother me, I think its 5x better than the notch. If you're with an s8 or an s9, just wait until they can fix the new tech and copy Apple's facial recognition for added convenience.

I had a Note 5 for several years and loved it. I thought getting the latest greatest from Samsung would be great but this phone just doesn't live up to all of the hype. The battery life is good so far. The picture/video quality is ok but not that much more impressive than my old Note 5. Bixby is useless and not needed and it would be nice if we could just disable it altogether rather than just remapping the button. That extra button is annoying and I often push it on accident while trying to lower the volume. The curved edge screen is the biggest downer. With a case on, the screen is higher than the case, at least on the sides, and the curved edges get scratched easily. The screen protector that came on the phone bubbled up once I put the case on it and it wouldn't stay down. I hate that I bought this phone without seeing it in person with a case and seeing the extra stupid Bixby button. I think I will move on to another brand on my next go around, especially if the curved edge screens are still around. Those are the worst feature by far.

complete garbage, the freakin back was unattached and the phone didnt hold charge or turn on!!!!

I tried to take this poor design back to Verizon 3 times with a hammer. I had a note 3 before. Now no stylus and I can't use the Note 3 watch. Screen goes blank and you have to bang on screen to get it back. Or hit the power button I want the screen on all the time!!!!!!!! And no way to hang up when fone is locked. Got one replacement and and there were 425 updates that the VZW store did not up date.!!!!!! WHAT AND ABSOLUTE PIECE OF ROTTEN design

The new gallaxy s10 plus phone I got is a pile of junk shut the screen off or even let it go dark and put it in you pocket screen lights back up and changes setting, alarm clock time or what ever eslse it feel like . I turned to pocket detection settings on same junk. messed with a number od setting same junk...this phione was the biggest waste of money i have spent .. its just plan junk and the last samsung ill ever own

I've always been consistent with Samsung's phone from the beginning. However, after purchasing the s10+, sad to say this will be the last one to purchase. The phone is nice and slick but constantly freezing up and the picture quality is garbage. Unless the person or object is 2 feet away, anything else is blurrrrrrrrry.
