I love the functionality and am excited to have our sports balls out of the way and neatly stored. I rated 4 stars because of the assembly. It wasn't terribly difficult (took 50 minutes), but the main issue was that the screws provided didn't fit the 12 rods so I had to go get wider screws. The ones provided just fell right out they were so thin. The 2 sided dowel screws were also too thin so the holder is a bit wobbly but with the larger screws I provided it should hold up just fine. FYI The instructions didn't mention this but the wall mounts require a 7/32 drill bit. [I received this product as part of a promotion to review it].
