I mostly got this. just for the pure aesthetic. I wanted black utensils to go with the black dishware. these are actually really well made, this is not a coating that rubs off, and I've had very little discoloration from washing and having sediments in the water dry onto these utensils. These look fantastic for all metal utensils. I have no negative comment on this black silverware.

they are exactly right not too heavy not too light. they look simple yet modern. the color is just perfect for my new black modern dinnerware. Im in love withis set that also include a serving set.

The design is simple but sleek, dishwasher has left spots but will try different soap. Fits nicely in your hand whether large or medium size, knives are solid and have a nice cutting edge

i liked the entire set . quality ìs good however the color was not a true matte black more of a mirror polished black disappeared in color and finish . i had to keep it because i had guests arriving.

I was looking for a new set of utensils on line. I saw these dark ones and they were on sale stainless and 40 pieces. I am glad I got them. Don't have to have the shiny ones. Very nice.

While this set is beautiful, and weighted very well, once they are washed, spot stains are left on them. After a few months of use, they have started to get rust lines through them. At first I thought they weren't being washed well, and were being put away dirty, but then when I tried to clean them, I realized it's part of it. The larger spoons are the worst with this.

The black is difficult to keep clean looking. The edges of the utensils feel sharp; they could have stayed in the tumbler longer to break the edges better.

I didn't give 5 star because some of my set was scratched or something but definitely washed and dried by hand. Other wise nice set but wished they hadn't been scratched or whatever.

I received the box on Dec 9th, a few days earlier than expected , however upon checking the contents, I realized they had sent silver NOT MATTE BLACK. It's s Christmas gift, so I ordered again, to insure receiving them before Dec 24. It arrived in 2 days. YET AGAIN, WRONG. NOT MATTE BLACK. NOW HAVE TO RETURN 2 PACKAGES. The quality is excellent but now looking elsewhere for black matte.

I am a visually impaired person and I bought this set because the description said that it was black and it was Matt. I was very upset when I received it because it was not Matt black it was silver. It was just plain silverware. I was very upset because that was the whole purpose of me buying it because I thought it was color silverware. I want black silverware so I was disappointed when I bought it and I bought it on Black Friday. It was a complete waste of my money and it has to go back to the store. I feel like the description should not be misleading. If you describe something it should be accurate and truthful, not a lie.
