Quality pan for sandwich loaves
I am new to sourdough bread . This pan allows you to make equal size sandwich slices which my family prefers. The pan is very good quality and the lid slides easily. I cold proofed %26 baked my loaf right in the pan without parchment lining or oil spray and there were no issues removing the bread. Very happy with this pan and would recommend.

Perfect size bread!
This is exactly what I needed to make the perfect sized sandwich loaf. The aluminum is easy to clean and conducts heat well for an even brown crust. Perfect for loafs of white or wheat breads
