I own a yorki and I swear you would think I have 2 churros. When I tell you his energy is CRAZY its like having 2 kids in a small being that just loves to constantly play and run around. These calming treats do help but I end up giving him 2 because one will not do the trick. They do work tho but the best way is to play with the dog for a hour or so nonstop then give them the treat they will be the most relaxed animal u every owned.

My 8 lb baby is 2 and has been the baby of 3 until a few months ago when we adopted a kitten. She does not like the cat one bit. She got so stressed she got constipated, stopped eating without me hand feeding her it was really a problem. Since I started giving her these an hour before meals she is doing pretty good. She now eats out of her bowl again and her stools have gone back to normal. I can't say enough good about these. She stays mellow and happy and isn't wiped out. There are no side effects that you would notice. She still has all her wits about her.

My german shepherd is 9yrs old and shakes the minute he even hears a distant firework. With all the 4th of July festivities being canceled by us, I know there will be a ton of personal fireworks, there is already! And within 25min after eating 2 (he's 54lbs) he is no longer whining, and his shaking is minimal. I highly recommend this!

These did well for the dogs. I live in Florida and we get Heavy thunderstorms. My dogs would shiver and be upset. I give them the pills and the lay down and sleep through the storm. I also use the thunder coats on them.

I have a senior dog and a puppy. I give this to them both. It seems to help the puppy (9months) calm down some before bedtime and seems to help my senior dog (15y) deal with the puppy anticks better. They both love it as a treat.

I've tried several chews for my anxious dogs and they never seem to work or the dogs just don't like the flavors. My dogs loved these! And the chews did calm them. Be sure to read directions for dosage based on weight.

These, unfortunately, did not work my boy. When there's a storm coming he starts shaking uncontrollably and panting heavy. I have used other calming treats to great success but had to settle on these because it was late and all other stores were closed. The recommended “dose” for his weight was four treats. Four treats and 60 minutes later he was still anxious as ever. He did eat them willingly though and seemed to like them. Although these didn't work for my dog, they very well may work for yours.
