I’ve been using VetIQ Cat Probiotic for all my Bengals, giving each one half a packet daily, and it has made a noticeable difference. Their digestion is more consistent, their stools stay healthier, and overall they seem more comfortable. It’s gentle enough for everyday use, which is perfect for a multi-cat household. As a breeder, gut health is a huge priority, and this probiotic has been a simple, effective addition to our routine. It mixes easily with food, the cats don’t mind the taste, and I really appreciate how steady the results have been. Definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to support their cat’s digestive and overall health.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave my dog these probiotics daily and not sure if they made a difference but he didn’t have any adverse side effects so I’ll continue buying them to see if long term use has benefits.
My cat has a lot of digestive health issues. Before I started using this product, he would eat one day, then the next day he wouldn't eat anything and would puke up saliva. My vet recommended this. It has helped a lot. He now has much fewer days of not eating.
This is the only probiotic powder that my cat lucky will let me add into his wet food, and he still doesn't suspect a thing! It's the only one I get from Walmart or anywhere. And within a couple of days of taking it, even if I run out for a week, his digestive issues seem to go away and he's got way more energy. Thanks for making a great probiotic, especially for a finicky eater.
We add VetIQ Probiotic to our wet cat food daily. Our cats just love it. We have been using it for at least a month and it really has help with two of our cats that had issues with diarrhea as well hairballs.
This product has helped my dog to better health . We were using another product that was very effective but a great deal more expensive. I was happy to find this product worked just was well and at a much better price. I highly recommend this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these powdered probiotics for my cat and they seem to work well. However, it’s not very convenient to mix the powder into food every day, especially since some cats can notice the taste and refuse to eat. It would be much better if this probiotic came in the form of cat food or treats instead of powder. Ingredients is not bed.
This is easy to add to food and cheaper than the other big brand found in major pet stores. My cats, however, do not want to eat their food when anything like this is mixed it. They will end up eating eventually! We got it because we have two old cats and one with cancer who is starting to have loose stools. only tried once to see if it helped, but it was more important to me that he eats anythint rather than going on hunger strike.
My cats ate their food with this added in just fine. They must lave liked the flavor they dove in. As far as helping with stools being loose i have a few packs left to give but hasn't really made a significant difference.
I decided to try this as it was $10 cheaper than the Purina brand I have been using for my cats digestive problems. The texture was different. The ingredients were bigger so it did not mix as well as the powdered Purina brand I normally use. The smell was also different yet the products claimed to be similar in taste. I did not use it long enough to comment on its effectiveness. It was compared to the Purina brand which is why I tried it but due to the immediate differences I observe I immediately went back to the Purina. I would try it again because the Purina is expensive but I'm afraid to not use it because I know that it does work. If this brand was more similar in texture and smell I would have tried it longer but those initial differences scared me. It was not comparable to Purina's brand as was claimed in the marketing of the product. The larger texture prevented it from mixing with and adhering to dry food as well as the other brand. All in my opinion and experience only. I really have nothing bad to say about the product it was just different from my needs.
