VetriScience Composure Calm & Confident Chicken Flavored Chews, Calming Supplement for Small Dogs, 30 Count

This brand was recommend to me when my dog lost his brother. My little dog's grieving was severe and wailed every time I was away. I tried other brands of calming chews; I tried infusers; I tried vibration collars; I even tried Anti Anxiety medication, which was last resort and NOTHING worked. When an acquaintance succeeded that I try this brand of calming chews, I asked how long his friend has been using them for his dog. I was told that these calming chews were used by this friend for over 5 years. I decided to give them a try and they actually work. The first day my dog ate the little bone, I came home from work and there was silence. They are a bit to hard for my older dog because he does not have all his teeth. I am able to break the bone into a powder and stir them a little dog food patee and he loves it.

I have a reluctant "city Norwich terrier little girl". This treat seems to take the edge off some of her distress of some of the loud noises that bother her. She gets one first thing in the AM before her first walk. I've been using for about one year now and have seen imporovement!

When we went for a ride to the vet I gave her some composure treats before we left and wow what a difference it made. I will definitely be buying these. Hi I'm Freddy this helps me with my anxiety. My mom and dad are Ferrell. My mom was taken in and had 4 kittens 68 days later. My human mom does everything she can to help me my Dr put me on composure when I was 8 months old and I will be 4 soon. After I take my meds I'm not afraid of everything anymore when I run out I hide. It make storms and fireworks not bother me

I truly like this product, as my dog suffers from seizures and over stimulation and high stress levels can trigger and cause him to have more seizures, so this item actual keeps my dog from getting overly stimulated and overly stressed.

The Composure for Dogs - 30ct chews better than other chews product I have tried. My dog Winky can be fickle most of the time, he did finally take to the Composure Chews ate them regularly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in TN and we are currently in our tornado season. I got to test out the Composure supplements for my dogs during a severe weather warning. We had a heavy storm with tornado warmings and had to seek shelter at my mother in laws and my dogs were very restless and anxious. I gave my dogs a treat and we cuddled down during the storm. I like to think the supplement helped my girls stay calm. I made up a bed for us and they jumped right in were able to relax. I will definitely keep these on hand to use as needed. I will also tell other dog parents about my experience if they also have pups who get anxious during certain events.

No change in my pet's behavior noticed, but she likes the taste.
