This was recommended by our vet for our dog who had signs of a pulled muscle. After using this for about a month we could see definite improvement; as in he stopped favoring his sore leg. Bought our first bottle from the vet, for double the price! I couldn't believe the price difference!
This is a great product we have been purchasing for years, and just started purchasing here because the price is unbeatable!
i have three dogs and they have all been on this. It helps them with the joints. We had a very old lab and she had issue with her hips. She started taking this and it seem to help her.

I needed something to help my older dog continue to move around comfortably. She had been plagued by hip pain and this has really made a huge difference. In fact I missed her daily dose one day by accident and she could hardly get up off the floor. Won't do that again. Gave her another dose and the next day she was back to her nimble self. The only problem I have is that she won't eat it alone. It may be a chewable, but I have to crush it up and add it to her food.
My German Shepherd has soft ears that flop when he runs. Being on this (twice now), within two weeks his ears don't flip when he runs. If there's a difference there, then I definitely bet it's also helping his joints!!
My 10+ year old Lab mix has had joint problems for sometime and they were getting worse. He's only been on Glyco-Flex II for two weeks and already we are seeing a difference in his walking and comfort. He is a real challenge when it comes to getting him to take pills- he spits everything out. Glyco-Flex II is advertised that dogs will love them. They're right! He looks at them as treats, waiting for them every morning. I definately recommend these for finicky dogs with joint issues.
Very pleased with the results of this joint supplement. I have a sweetheart of a Rottweiler - but unfortunately she doesn't have the best breeding, and at the age of 6 was already getting 'hitchy' in her hips. I noticed it a lot when she would lie down for a while and then try and get up - she struggled quite a bit. I've had her on this for about a month now and we have seen great results. Even my fiance noticed how much easier she gets around! Definitely well worth it. I plan on keeping her on this indefinitely.
