it works like it should. it was a pain to put together, though, because it didn't have all the tools i needed. but i got it put together without too much trouble. It's built well and heats fast. i would recommend anyone looking for something similar to pick this model. it has several different attachments, which is nice, but there's no holder for them, so you just have to find a place to put them. same with using them as the big press is the only one that it fits perfectly. when you use the mug press, you'll need to figure out a holster for it. or just use the pad that comes with it.

I was excited on the fast shipping to meet my needs the price was absolutely outstanding compared to store cost and I love every minute using the machine as much as what i use the machine to design... the quality is on point just as described at purchase,,,

the machine was exactly like described everything worked perfectly it was packaged well can't wait to get it going.

This does everything it says it will. A little confusing at first but once you understand the workings it’s amazing

This is a Christmas gift, so no review of the product yet, other than it was a good price if it works as expected

I like how many pieces it comes with and that I don’t have to hold it down like my easy press. I don’t like the swing away arm. You need a lot of space to allow it to swing and if you don’t have a lot of space it’s hard to put your items under the plate.

Haven’t tried the machine yet, is a gift for Christmas, only here for savings.
