After reading some negative reviews about the packaging %26 quality of the product I was pleased that it was packed extremely well %26 the box was in great condition after shipping.I haven't used it yet but the rack material seems to be quite solid %26 capable of holding 2 bikes.Part of the reason I chose this rack is I recently bought a floor jack from Vevor %26 it also is of good quality %26 works well so I expect the same from this rack.Sorry some people had issues with product %26 customer service but I am quite pleased with them.The only thing I might suggest an improvement on is labeling the hardware package better so one knows exactly what part is to be used.The instruction booklet has exact %23's %26 letters for the correct part so labeling the package in a little more detail would be a big help.

Excellent bike rack for the money. The tilt mechanism that allows for the back hatch to open while the bikes are on the rack is a game changer and works very well. This rack is very easy to install and secured our e-bikes without rattling on a long drive.

Product is well made, exudes quality and good design. It looks robust and strong. Its perfect for my fat tire electric bike and I can load two including another electric bike.

Going on first trip with new bike rack. Was really easy to put together and install on the back of my truck.

I looked for quit a while for a good bike rack that could carry some weight. This one fits the bill. I now have the option to carry a EBike . It assembled good and works great. Very well built.

Missing some nuts and bolts.

Very nice bike rack…we encountered one incorrect part in the box while building. It has been 6 weeks and we still don't have the correct part and cannot use our rack. Very difficult company to communicate with. They are prompt with responses but they just can't get it right. They sent a completely different replacement part than we asked for and we are still waiting for the correct part.

Does not seem very stable on 65-lb E-bike. It wobbles a lot.

Walmart delivered the bike rack as promised, my low rating is because of missing parts and poor customer service from the manufacturer. The rack itself is made from strong materials and has the potential to be a solid product. However, some of the the bolts, nuts and pins needed to build the rack are either not included (bolt %26 nut) or are the incorrect size (pin that should be removable to allow folding of the rack was too large.) I contacted the vendor to ask for a replacement of the missing bolt/nut. The only way to contact them is via a chat bot that asked me to take pictures of the missing pieces (kind of not possible). After giving them the model number of the rack and the part number, they indicated I would receive an email in 1-3 days. Next day, I received an email telling me my pictures were quality and asked me to send a better quality video of the assembled product (that I couldn't assemble due to the missing bolt %26 over sized pin.) Only risk buying this product if you are comfortable purchasing the missing parts separately. I was able to buy the needed parts (making the price on this rack no longer a reason to buy it.) Once assembled, it is a sturdy piece, but bounces horribly in the tow hitch- it comes with a bolt/plate that is suppose to reduce the bounce, but it does not. The rack does not fold as easily as the illustration indicated, so I have to remove the entire rack to open my cargo door. The one positive I will give it is the height off the ground. It rides higher than most, giving good ground clearance (but also blocking the cargo door, so maybe not such a positive.) I am fairly good with building instructions, tools, etc and this thing took over two hours to build (parts are not labeled). This time did not included visiting a hardware store to replace the missing parts.
