It is very easy to install and set and read.I love knowing how hot or cold it is outside before I have to go anywhere or if it is about to rain or is raining. The humidity inside and outside,how hard the wind is blowing. (being female, the wind messes up my hair). This is my second station.The first was a cheaper model, and it was great for year but was broken by a huge falling limb. This one has a permanent bettery as well as a solar panel, so never have to change the batteries every few months. When I was in Science in the 8th grade This was in 1964 our teacher taught us to use instuments so we could predict the weather using many instruments. I was the only one that got it right everytime. My son thinks It is odd that I insist on having one but I have always loved knowing what the weather will be. There are more expensive models that do more but this one does even the moon phases, date, time of day , time zone etc. Great amount of info for the money. Plus it is small and colorful on your wall by my front door, and easy to read. It measuresures the rain amount, you can set an alarm if you want, show the wind direction as well as speed. So it all makes making forecasting easy.

very difficult to connect to wifi. the assemply and mounting of the outside unit was straightforward, but the internet connection is very difficult. I am still trying to connect it so date and time will be right.
very difficult to set up. wont connect to wi-fi. contacted walmart for a return refund. had to contact sellar. had to many hoops to jump through. walmart wants a video of the problem. Guess I'll just live with a very expensive thermometer.
