Love bike. Seller left out the bolt for derailleur and after 2 weeks of trying to get the part I finally went to a bike shop and paid for the part so that's the bad part. But the great thing is Walmart put it together for me no charge. Kudos to Walmart !!!

you will find yourself leaning to turn instead of using a handlebars but the reason why this got low ratings is because the splash guards on the two back wheels are designed in correctly and they touch the wheels causing them to get stuck and causing the necessity for removal on the road and that is just faulty design

The only thing i didn't like about this bike. Everything (like screws and plates for the basket) was just thrown into a bag. Screws and small plates that attach to the basket were missing. I have to figure out how im going to attach the front fender and to put the basket together. It sucks that I paid all this money for a bike, and things are missing. I think I should get a discount on the bike or send out another set of screws and plates for the basket and front fender.

It came in good condition, and at the time expected. However, after it was put together, the bike chain wasn't long enough to join at the ends. This was due to the framework error on the bike. We've contacted the bike company, but were still waiting on their solution to this issue. We sent pictures, and was told that it might be 3-5 business days for them to figure out what to do. I asked for a longer chain, as well as another tube for one of the tires, since it keeps going flat. Im not sure why this is so difficult for them to handle. Its obvious what they should do. If we don't get a positive outcome, we may need to get our money back.

Very pretty bike but…. The whole bike has scratches on ever piece. The bolds and nuts was loose in the box so could be missing some. One of the fender was bent. They need to package it a little better to prevent this much damage. The box wasn't badly damaged. I'm waiting for them to email me back about what they are going to do about the bike. It's been 48 hours they did messaged me about photo. So probably another 48 hours before they say what they are going to do. This bike is not eligible for a return or I would have returned it.

Received the trike. The chain was missing pieces. It was too short. We went and bought another chain. Was hard to assembly though husband put it together. Now, the descriptions say it’s load capacity is 330lb including rider and cargo. I AM NOT 330lb, and when I try to ride the trike, the 3 wheels go flat. Why??? Has this happen to you? I bought this to ride it with my baby. Planing to add a bike seat. And the weight all combined including bike seat, baby and I will be for sure less than 250lb. I am wondering what would happen to these wheels when baby and ride it? They may explode!!! What can I do?

did not come with instructions or a parts sheet so I'm not even sure if all the parts are here. also there is a big gaudy permanent stickers on the down tube advertising tough tools, half price. so unless you have expirience putting these togeather i would highly recamend not purchasing also you will have to put up with a bi advertising sticker on both sides of bthe down tube obviosly not in discription

Arrived on Time!!! I unpacked carefully and although the directions were written in a friendly manner, they did not include manufacturer name or contact information. Something I needed because they did not include the bolts and nut and fasteners to assemble this! Cheap Bike bell inciuded, but no hardware to assemble and no contact info...

It is a very weak wheel and it has many defects. It came to me broken and I asked to return it. They told me that someone will contact you, but no one contacted me. I sold it again and no one answered. I took the wheel to the mechanic to install it and fix it. I paid a lot of money, but every time I ride it something breaks.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The product said “some assembly required “ It came in a heavy box. Which I haven’t opened. I will be returning this Trick for Adults, to my local Walmart, along with the bike chain lock! Very disappointed. I have no one to assemble this Trick together. I really was excited to get the Trick for Adults, to get my daily exercises!!!!
