My cat hasn't used yet but I love it. I can't lift more than 10 lbs so the handle and shoulder strap doesn't help me, but having the option of wheels and handle to pull him is terrific. This carrier is also big enough for him when he is an adult because he can weight 22-25 lbs or like a friends of this breed at one time weighed 35 lbs. My fur baby has gone in it just to sit and sleep but haven't used outside to go anywhere yet.

Very flimsy. My small dog is afraid of it. It colapsed on my pup the one time I tried it. I will return the item. I already have a hard bodied carrier in my walmart cart to replace.

Might work well for occasional travel, but the velcro holding the frame and carrier together- doesn't. So the frame- releases and dangles. Scaring my puppy who is recovering from brain injury and making the stairs hazardous.

They sent the item to me with a part missing. The board that goes on the bottom of carrier and then goes on wheels did not have the Velcro it was supposed to have. I'm returning the item
