I have Le CRUSET ALL OVER MY KITCHEN.....BUT NOW i JUST HAVE THIE GORGEOUS POT SITTING ON MY STOVE ALL THE TIME...nOT ONLY IS IT MORE BEAUTIFUL,BUT BAKES GREAT BREAD AND ROASTED THE BEST CHICKEN WE EVER HAD...It is awesome in looks and performance....everyone who sees it wants to order it as well....I am getting another one myself..
I find it very convenient and good size, so that it's not too heavy and doesn't take too much space. I did have to make a second cut after baking for 10 mins. baked this bread with less than two hours of fridge time, 500 gr of flour, still was room left for growth. I totally recommend, i needed something like this, maybe will add some ice or water inside in the beginning. It's convenient to have bigger lid instead of bottom.
Coles are beautiful and it works great for sourdough baking. Very happy with it and with price and design. Looks classy!
