Great product
I purchased the scooter back in July 2025 to use on a family trip. I used it one time. I wanted to use the scooter to travel around NYC with my family. I charged the scooter, rode it down on the elevator when it stopped. I pushed it across the street to my daughter's house and charged it again. Rode it downstairs again when it stopped. The light indicated the battery was fully charged. This is a relatively new scooter, and I should not be having these problems. I suffer from bad arthritis, and I purchased the scooter so that I can enjoy some activities with my family. Please assist asap, because I would like to partake in some family activities for the Christmas holidays
