Fresh apple cider.
This press worked great. Should be mounted on a solid surface before use.

Terrible product.
I had high hopes but, this thing is a piece of junk. It has sloppy mechanics and the handle just falls out. We tried with 4 people holding on to it to try and get it to work. It is a total failure. I am returning it. Don't waste your time with this press.
