I bought a wagon and, right out of the box, only 3 out of the 4 tires worked properly. The fourth tire would not hold air and was extremely difficult to inflate in the first place, even with a car air pump.
I tried contacting Walmart for help, only to be told there was nothing they could do because the item was sold by a third-party company. Apparently, Walmart could only contact the seller and tell them that I was requesting assistance. Even getting to that option was a hassle! I had to call Walmart and go through a bunch of automated prompts just to figure out how to get help.
I then went to the seller's website, only to find absolutely no phone number to contact them. They have a 24/7 online agent, but that was another nightmare. The responses took forever, and instead of actually helping, I was eventually directed to someone through email.
All I asked for was a replacement tire. That's it. It has now been nearly 5 days, and I still haven't heard anything back.
If you have a problem with the product, don't expect a quick or easy resolution. The entire process has been a huge waste of time and money. I just wanted a working wagon and a replacement tire, and somehow that has turned into days of trying to get someone to help.
