I purchased this heat press and a few weeks before it made a year it stopped working. I contacted Vevor, sent the videos %26 pictures requested, after multiple emails they determined what was wrong, and said they would send the part to fix it all BEFORE the warranty expired. I waited %26 waited and contacted them a few times asking what was going on. They eventually said to request a refund %26 apologized. I requested a refund and now they are saying I am past the warranty time frame. They took 5 months to finally say ask for a refund now they are trying to act like it is my fault and I contacted them after the warranty period. I have all emails %26 I am currently waiting on another reply to see if they correct this problem.
