Was easy to setup and mount. Carries both my 26” mountain bikes without issue. The straps provided to secure the wheels look like they would work fine but I prefer to use one ratchet strap to secure mine. Have traveled at high speeds and sharp 25 mph corners and haven't had any issues.

It was an excellent thing. unfortunately, my car door opens sideways and it didn't help with the system of it. But with the car that opens upward, it's a great fit.

a game changer

My elderly father can no longer ride a bike and uses a mobility scooter. I have been desperately looking for a rack that supports my bike by the wheels and also tilts down so I can open my SUV hatch to remove my dad's scooter without completely removing the rack from the vehicle. I have finally found MY rack! I can now enjoy riding with my dad again. The rack is good quality and has over 700 miles of use on it now. It is easy enough for one person to lift by themselves too. I probably will be buying another one for my other vehicle. Great product!

If you don't like puzzles you might want to think twice about this bike rack. The assembly instructions leave a little to be desired but after an hour or so I managed to get it looking reasonably like the diagram with no left over parts. It actually took almost as long to unwrap the thing as it did to put it together. All in all it's a good rack for the money. Once adjusted to your bike(s) they take less than ten seconds to put on. Keep in mind that this thing IS NOT engineered for e bikes.

Stay away from purchasing this bike rack. It was a real pain to assemble, and the instructions were awful. The kit was also missing one of the locking pins. I reached out to the vendor to see if they could send me one. They asked for several pictures of the outside of the box. I explained that the outside packaging has nothing to do with a missing pin, but sent them the pictures they asked for anyways. They said they would look into it and never responded. I reached out two more times, and the responses each time were that they would look into it. I ended up buying a pin at a hardware store, and then we went to put the rack in our hitch and it required several tools to get all the bolts and additional brackets in place, which was incredibly frustrating, as we don't want to have to bring an entire toolkit and have a half dozen steps to do each time we want to take it on and off. Once it was in, we noticed the whole rack was leaning. We tried reassembling and it was still leaning. I reached out to the company again and received a response saying they could tell from my picture that the square connector was warped and to re-install. First of all: You can't see the square connector in the picture, because it's in the hitch. Second of all: If it's warped, reinstalling will not fix that. I can't un-warp metal! They were not willing to send me a new part for what they said was warped.
