I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this item from WALMART. The BENTISM 2-Tier Commercial Hot Dog machine has the capacity to hold 175 Hot Dogs and 40 Buns. I am also impressed at how simple it was to purchase this item on a payment plan with my AFFIRM Visa card. Last but not least, I also want to acknowledge that this item was Sold and shipped by Happybuy Store. THIS ITEM IS DEFINITELY WORTHY OF A FIVE STAR RATING.

I am always pleased with my purchases from Walmart
This item is not as described. Does not fit the amount of food claimed. Does not include conclusive directions, does not have the correct display decals on it, and does not function as it is intended to. In addition this item arrives with a plastic film over all stainless components that requires significantly too much time to remove in order to be used. I purchased this to be used for an event at my church, fortunately we had a second machine that was able to meet our needs. I am now 4 days into the process of attempting to return this item, My local store wouldnt take it on Friday. I was told to contact Walmart.com customer service, they said they would contact the vendor. It has now been two days since then, the seller is only trying to troubleshoot the machine (not helpful since not capable of working as described) and has not yet offered a solution for return. I called Walmart.com customer service again and they will not step in until the seller hasn't answered for 48 hours. My word of advice, skip this whole process and buy from a website that guarantees the items its selling. This has been a disappointing process.
