Directions sent with the bike are HORRIBLE. There are no YouTube videos directly from the company that demonstrate assembly. You need to really search for similar bikes or mechanisms and do your best to make connections from there. I have contacted customer service 3 times about raising the handle bars. It took them two days just to tell me they needed to transfer my request to “Technical Support” and then I had to follow up 2 days later because I hadn't received the promised response. When they did finally respond to my inquiry, I was sent a video of a bike that had a completely different assembly than the bike I ordered and provided directions for raising handlebars that do NOT match the ones on the bike I ordered. The rack on the back is made of cheap material and easily bends out of alignment. I tried contacting Wal-mart but I am in an aggravating communication loop with their new AI customer service agent who is telling me the same thing over and over again and won't connect me to a human. Don't waste your time! Support a local bike shop.
