This bead breaker is better than I expected,at first glance I didn't think it would work because I've tried everything but bring it to a shop to break that bead, but I placed the tool, hit it with a heavy hammer,(of course being careful not to to damage the rim)and got it under the rim lip, adjusted the angle to 90* and started the process and believe it or not it worked.very happy with this tool and would but it again.also I like the idea that it comes with two locking arms, one for steel and the other for aluminum rim so it won't scratch it.
searching was easy and i got exactly what i wanted and ordered and delivered earlier than said. this product is great and easy to use. love it
This item worked great to remove my old tires off the wheels on my Can Am Defender. Didn't damage the aluminum wheels. Very well made and worked great.
Works great. If you've not used one, small learning curve. Can be used without removing tire from vehicle. Remove all air from tire, press into tire over the inner rim edge, tighten the holding arm onto the rim (don't overtighten), make sure its straight to the tire side, then ratchet out the breaker all the way. Push the tire off the rim on the entire side is fine. Replace stems, TPMS, or whatever. Not many people say how to get the tire back and filled. But, just grab the tire and pull/wiggle towards you until its well at the rim edge all around, hook up air pump and ready it, spray soapy solution heavily all around, immediately turn on air pump and grab tire and pull and hold towards you. If you have it right, you'll see the air gauge on the pump start to increase (yes, need a pump that shows tire pressure while filling). The increasing pressure means it grabbed. Hold for another 5 seconds or so. Then stand back. Do not get your fingers between the rim and tire or you will be very sorry and in intense pain. Just stay away as it fills. It will push the tire fully back out and fully fill. That's it. No problems.
I used it to break down my tractor tires worked flawlessly good value for the money
great product and quality
Great product heavy duty works as it should really makes the job a lot easier
this worked grrat to break the bead on my Can-Am tire!
Overall it does work, but for bigger 20” 10 ply tires it can be a little work
Cheaply made. Broke the 1st time it was used.
