Uncomfortable seat shape. Bad wheel locks.
The seat is very uncomfortable since there is not much space at the back. When using on top of the toilet, you sort of fall into the hole in the middle. I ordered a cushioned seat to see if that solves the issue. The locks on the wheels are also very difficult to engage with your feet. Spend a bit more to get one from a reputed medical brand.
