Product description is wrong.
The description lists Double stage vacuum pump. We received a 1 stage vacuum pump. Zoom in on the pump in the photo the Pump is labeled 1 stage vacuum. The product description is wrong. Pump is only pulling 24 inHg. With a double stage pump, I could have gotten better results.

Absolute Trash
the seller knew the product was faulty and sold it anyway. The chamber is crap. The tube came bent and the gauge messed up after two uses (wouldn't zero out). When I contacted the seller, they sent another to replace the first but the second chamber did the exact same thing. And the pump came covered in oil. I have 2 useless 5gal vacuum chambers.

Bad seal, leaky pump, bad product overall.
The chamber doesn't keep pressure after just a month of use, I saw other reviews of this happening but I thought I would give it a chance. Bad idea. also the pump leaks since the first time I had turned it on. I put a picture of where the pressure is, this is just 3 minutes after I closed the valves to the off position with it being at -28
