This will not do the job, the handle is made of cast aluminum, and the treads will strip out, it was advertised as a suitable for a cheese press. I can not use it for this purpose. I want to return it and I have not receive a carrier return sticker from the Vender. I and very glad that Walmart is contacting this vender I can return this product.
Beware ! I was sent a smaller size than the one I ordered and paid for . The item also looked worn and may have been refurbished.
