I like it! This is my 1st time purchasing such a big food appliance but it works well. The directions are easy and the machine isn't hard to clean. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I am so glad I took the plunge and purchased this unit! My daughter is starting her own little business and this works beautifully! You do have to clean it after every use and without a dome cotton candy is everywhere but this is absolutely worth the money!

The machine was super easy to use. The instructions were fool proof! I used Glossugar to make the cotton candy and the kids loved it. Im glad I purchased this one as opposed to others because I do not mind sending stuff back

Very Happy! That we purchased it just in time for our granddaughter bday party. It was truly the icing on the cake. It took a minute to figure out settings so give yourself at least 2 hours for set up and test runs if you never used one before. Luckily I had two people at the party who knew how to set the dials for balance control.

received the unit with the styrofoam packing breaking into little pieces through out both the food containing spinner head and throughout the electrical enclosure. took over an hour with a good quality vacuum to dismantle things and remove all the styrofoam pellets to avoid melting them into the floss and/or causing electrical problems. The voltage control knob requires off the "scale" before the unit heats to operate. The spinner head mounting is NOT in the center of the stainless collection pan. The instructions are very weak, and only thru trial and error, learning that lower temps yield a better product. Also, the mfg includes a spare carbon brush set, but I saw no documentation of how to order replacement parts.

The product cam used and dirty. I used a wet paper towel to wipe inside drum and the paper was filthy afterwards. The drum has visible discoloration on the stainless steel surface. This is my second the first broke in the middle of my sons birthday party the wires that make it spin came a loose and unraveled.
