The unit arrived in damaged box but all parts were still there and the unit is still functional. Like some other reviews I read, there is a lot of play in the adjustment knobs. Someone else used washers to take up the slack, I did the same and the adjustments work much better. The rollers and bearings are decent for the price. Tried it out and worked well. The instructions are hilarious. I've attached for entertainment value.

The laminator was packaged very poorly for shipping and was received damaged. The end housings are made of sheet metal and do not properly support the roller end bearings on the bottom roller. The pressure adjustment has about a 1/4" of play up and down so it appears that it would be difficult to adjust the pressure properly for any given substrate. The rollers look like they are decent quality and if it had been packaged properly and arrived undamaged, it may have been a decent machine. For this reason, I'm giving it 2 stars instead of my initial reaction of only 1 star. I will be returning this to Walmart and purchasing a competing model with cast iron end housings instead.
