I was fortunate enough to be testing this product because I am of the age required to go through menopause and I have symptoms of menopause. The capsule is small so there was no trouble swallowing the capsule. I have been using it for more than 7 days and I have had no negative results from using it. I liked the packaging and the size of the bottle, it's easy to open and not to large for storing. The product itself is small in size, easy to swallow and doesn't have bad smell. I seem to be less agitated and the night time hot flashes have slowed down. I've only used it for a week so I'm hoping with continued use the other symptoms will go away!!

Just started taking this, I appreciate that the supplements are easy to take and have no aftertaste! So far, I've noticed a mild effect on focus and energy but I have ADHD so my focus and energy symptoms are pretty major.
