[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1970 Trans Am car model. The 1970 Trans Am's were painted in the blue color Lucerne blue it was the closest I could get.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these cans on smaller jobs for my custom hydrographic dipping. They always come out amazing.
The first can sprylayed out like runny water, but the next few seemed ok. Doesn't cover much and it's pretty expensive, but I am pleased with the results, overall. Once it's been went sanded and polished, it looks pretty good. I used the Chrysler color BCC0412 Inferno Red Metallic to paint over a satin graphite finish, and it seems to have done fine.
Bought two cans of perfect match P4 for a 2003 dodge 1500 pick up. Cans were shaken as directed and more. While the color match was very close, the nozzles on both cans were next to useless. Paint splattered everywhere on the truck in big drops. Most of the paint ended up on the ground. Had the sand the entire painted area off.
The Perfect Match Automotive Paint - Protective Clear Coat Finish is not resistant to gasoline. After priming, painting, applying clear coat, curing time per the manufacturer instructions I spilled some gas on the gas tank. Viola - the clear coat is ruined.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] no firecracker red (prc/mrc) for my jeep, come on guys, you don't have spray can touch up for my jeep. do you real want me to go to another paint company source. I've had good luck with Dupli color paint since the 80's. (flame red is not the same). Please reply if something is going to come out soon.
2nd review since the 1st one they scratched ...no cuss words....no abbreviation.....its exactly how I feel about this product....If the review title didn't say how I felt....well here we go....not only did it not perfectly match but after spraying just a small scratch....this worthless product starts dripping all over my hood...from the nozzle...around the nozzle.... everywhere this can could leak from it leaked from....destroying my hood....tried wiping it real fast but nope....damage was done....I thought maybe a bad can so I bought another can to try cleaning up the last ones mess.....it did the exact same thing...DO NOT BUY...
I bought this product to fix a paint chip I had on my 2014 ford F150. I bought the correct color code and it was double checked by the auto part employee as well and it was not even remotely close. My truck is Oxford white and the paint was tan is color! Total waste of money.
I would give this product a 0 out of 5 if I could. The paint didn't match my car and was overall a pain to use.I got the paint code from my car which was (1G3) and the paint from the can came out too dark. Now my truck goes from grey to dark grey and I have no way to fixing it.If your looking to use this product save your time and money.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Left a bad white film after I painted witj it not good at all and the paint is very thin
