I use this in shower by filling cup half full of salt then filling it with water, pouring it over body, repeating this process (adding water to cup) until salt is completely dissolved. Other family members use it to soak in bathtub. It keeps my skin soft and clean.

I use Epsom salt as a soil amendment for the plants/flowers in my yard. It works very well. It provides the added nutrients the plants need. This particular brand was priced exceptionally low so I stocked up on it. The folks who produce this Epsom salt are to be commended for making such a good product.

I cannot remember when I did not use this. May I be so bold as to tell Walmart how to pack items for shipping. First put packing material in bottom of box. then item or items then packing material on top. Then maybe merchandise would get to me un damaged.

I use it three times a week for relaxation in my bath. I also use it once a month to feed my plants. Its great.

The salts dissolve well and really soothes the muscles. I find it extremely helpful in detoxing harmful toxins in the body.
