They are not hard nor stiff but firm. They are soft and does not sink where your head is laying. I need more of these pillows. I have been bragging about them because I think everyone need these pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] (Recieved free from Influenster in exchange for a review.) I forgot to take a picture of how these pillows were shipped. They were squished together pretty tightly in a box. It took less than 24 hours for them to fluff up nicely. The photos I posted are after I fluffed them a little manually. They had a slight chemical scent, but it was not overpowering. I spritzed them with a little fabreeze and let them sit for a few hours before I used them. I've been sleeping with these pillows for a few nights now, and they are very comfy. Just firm enough to keep my head stable yet still, well, pillows. A lot of pillows make my neck hurt. These do not.

He fell asleep faster when using these pillows. He also said he didn't wake up in the middle of the night hot like he usually does. He really liked these pillows and wants to get a few more to change out all of our other pillows.

So I was very interested to try this one and I must say that it has done pretty well with me. I'm interested to see how long it is able to stay plump, even after fluffing.

The pillows I received make a LOT of small puff balls inside the pillow case that get all over the place when I take the pillow out. Had to get zippered covers for inside the pillow case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I have been unable to use it due to an overpowering bad smell. Despite my best efforts to eliminate the odor I was unsuccessful. The pillow looks very comfortable and I was looking forward to using it.

They are flat and it doesnt feel like it is gel infused. Quality is cheap
