I messed when I ordered this and did not change the address online from a previous order and did not realize it till after the it was out for delivery. WalMart put me in touch with the company who was absolutely amazing! They were able to connect with FedEx who was shipping it and have it rerouted to the correct address! The company has the best customer service ever! The jeep is amazing and my grandson's love it! The quality of the jeep is excellent %26 the battery lasts a long time!
Looks like a beautiful car however only 3 wheels and a small plastic part cracked which I don't think should be a problem .the other parts are still in plastic so I don't know if there is more wrong but definitely need a wheel thank you
The quality of materials is fair however, it has a short in the wiring when going forward. Unfortunately i am unable to find any contact information to try to resolve the issue. I have to tap under the hood to make it go forward.
I wouldn't recommend buying anything from up here especially if it's through a 3rd party of Walmart. My son power wheel was shipped with only 3 wheels. No fault of mine right? I called to see what options I had to get one shipped out to me. I was told bc it was shipped from a third party, I can't get a refund or exchange. I would have to contact manufacturer and see from there!!!! And I was well within my my 30 days when I contacted them!! Never again!!
The correct parts were not included. I attempted to contact the company but I have been unsuccessfully. Really stinks since this was a birthday present for my son.
Bought this for Christmas decided to finally put it together for my son wasn't in a rush do to weather in Michigan I open box and my son notice damage he is mad I am too because I spent my money for my son not to be happy
Bought this item for Christmas for my granddaughter and she rode it once before the battery died and parts fell off.
Price was very good. We bought it back in April 2025 and it didn't last it doesn't work anymore. And since the beginning battery didn't even last a 30 minute ride.
The battery will no hold a charge. You can only go less than 100 yards and have to recharge.
Bought this as a birthday gift and it broke within a month of purchase. Terrible item.
