Tried another carrier that was not sturdy or spacious enough. Preserves this carrier primarily for the size of the carrier as well as the size of the space of the top load. We are VERY pleased with it! It was so much easier to get our 14 lb cat into. He was also happy to be able to move freely in it! In addition We feel it is very reasonably priced as well!!

It was so easy my teenagers were able to assemble them without my guidance 😂. It’s perfect for my cat Simon bc he’s a large cat. There’s space for his comfort and more space if I needed to put a blanket or something else in there for him. The top entry is accommodating for him. My other cat who is slimmer does well either way. I was able to comfortably stack them in the car for transporting.

This was a nice price. The vet loved it because it made it so much easier to put your pets back inside the kennel without having to shove them in. Perfect for little dogs and cats. It even fits a small bed inside for comfort. I think it could even fit two adult cats nicely if they get along fine, and they would still be comfortable on drives.

I rated this product the way I did because it’s sturdy, spacious, and makes it easier to carry my cat safely. The material feels durable, and my cat seemed comfortable inside. It was also simple to assemble and clean, which I really appreciate. Overall, it met my expectations and did exactly what I needed.

Bought two of these carriers for my cats. Was looking for carriers that had two doors and would be easier to take apart if need be. I was very excited to see this carrier at such a great price. It was very easy to put together, no tools required. The doors and latches are metal and sturdy and I love that you turn the knobs instead of squeeze. Sturdy construction. Much bigger than what I had previously, and probably bigger than I actually need, but it gives my cats lots of room to move or lay and they deserve the best. I could probably put them both in one if I needed to and still have room. Lined the bottom with a crate bed for added comfort and it fits perfectly without shifting. My bigger boy checked it out immediately and approved. My smaller girl hasn't explored it yet and probably won't but she is the reason I wanted two doors and easy dissemble and I have no doubt this will work for her too.

We didn't put it together yet but it appears to be good cage. I should have given it a 5, but the only reason I didn't, the webpage has the incorrect lbs listed. The website description shows up to 30 lbs. The paper attached is only up to 20 lbs. At first, I thought it was delivered incorrectly but a closeer look, the size matches. I'm not sure how or who to contact for this to be updated.

The fasteners that come with it go around the carrier so there’s about eight… Screws that go in the holes have around fastener that you tighten with your hand supposedly but they come loose and honestly, I lost like two or three and I would try to reattach and then I would lose two or three more and eventually, I lost every one of them that came with it….. if you lose one on one side and maybe one on the other side, it will still do the job temporarily, but you need to buy long screws with a nut and a washer so that you can tighten it securely… If you are willing to do that, then you will have a good carrier. Otherwise I do not believe it’s worth $25-30 it cost!

The description said it was for dogs up to pounds. My dog weighs less than pounds and it's too small. Yes, she can get in and stand up, but that's it. She had has to curl up to lay down. I don't see how a twenty-five pound dog could even get in so the door closes.

it's a great crate BUT the bolts need to be longer. my dog moves around a lot and all of the bolts came out or were coming out, so he was loose . I didn't have any extra bolts yet so I put 2 zip ties per hole and now it's secure. and yes I tightened them as much as possible, it's just they need to be longer

The handle fell off as I was walking down the stairs with my cat. Luckily I had one hand on the bottom and I was able to catch the crate before my cat fell down the stairs in it. When the front door is open all the way it blocks a good portion of the animal getting in. The top load door is way to small for a big cat. The springs on the doors make a loud sound which scared my cat. The bottom is just not stable and a frantic animal could easily knock it over on it's side. The package was ripped open when I got it and had no protection too protect the carrier. The only good thing I can say about this carrier is that it shipped very fast, which is what I needed.
