Sturdy leash. I have a retractable leash but I wanted a nice standard one for quick walks. It is well made and a nice blue.

too long for a puppy

well good quality however though it's not for for big dogs it's for small dogs we have a Mastiff and the Mastiff ripped it in half because of his neck these leashes are not recommended for big dogs they're okay for little dogs and medium dogs but not for the dog I have but it's good quality and it is good to buy for any medium dollars it may be about no more than 40 lb our dog is about 50 to 60 lb and he's very strong and for a mastiff dog he's got a lot of power he was able to rip it in half but it's a learning experience and the leash is good.
