Incredible quality! As far as the value it was on sale when I purchased it. Nice and sturdy And I also loved the light grey color for my preference helps me keep track of stains or access fur wherever I see it needs wiped down I get to it right away. The craftsmanship/construction of the post is perfect and is a great value for the size.

I have a very large overweight cat. Her last cat tree was very wobbly and difficult for her to climb on . This tree is absolutely amazing! Sturdy as all get out! Easy assembly! She loves it! Great value! Highly recommend!

Cats love this one! My kids set it up %26 put it right next to their old one. Always a cat sitting on the very top. One of our cats is a rescue that weighs around 19 lbs. He couldnt get to the top on our old one but he can on this! ♡

SUPER easy to put together - that's the %231 pet peeve with some of these condos. I'm SO GLAD this one, although 70", was very reasonable in directions/assembly. My sweet kitten was playing with the pieces before we could fully assemble them! He LOVES the nice, big canopy at the top. It allows him to watch the entire room while being totally comfortable. This condo was a HUGE win -- plus, it was on sale! WOO!

I wasn't sure if my cat would use it, but he actually loves the little house on the second level. It's sturdy and easy to construct.

For how cheap it was, it's perfect. It's not the sturdiest, but we have a 20lb cat. 10/10 would purchase again!

Good price ppint, kitties love it. The base shakes a little bit tjough, and due to the design, its difficult for my cats to jump to the hoghest perch

The steps are entirely way to small they need to be bigger I have a 4 lbs cat who is very thin and doesn't have enough room to get down without falling. My cat has fallen so many times im afraid he is going to seriously hurt himself. The layout is good just needs bigger steps.
