i’m a professional pet groomer and i recommend that’s slicker brushes to both cat and dog owners. the size of the head is perfect to get in difficult spots like behind ears and brushing out fluffy legs .. i go slow and gently always the way the fur/hair grows and i’m able to get through thick , wavy%26 shedding dogs .. the price is right so if i feel like it’s had enough i just replace it with a new one

I purchased the Vibrant Life Cat Small Slicker Brush from Walmart.com to groom my short-haired cat, and overall, I'm very pleased with it. The brush is compact, making it easy to handle, and the soft bristles are gentle enough for my cat’s sensitive skin while effectively removing loose fur and preventing matting. My cat seems to enjoy the grooming sessions, which is a big win! The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold, and the brush feels sturdy for the price. My only minor critique is that it can be a bit tricky to clean out all the fur from the bristles after use, but a quick rinse under water does the trick. For an affordable grooming tool, it does its job well, and I’d recommend it to other cat owners looking for a reliable slicker brush. Great value for the money!

we have a(1/2 Eskimo ,Spitz 1/4 Pomeranian ,1/4 husky ) Eskimo Pomsky. as you can imagine he is super furry. regular brushes just fall apart. we tried this one and so far so good. it removes a bunch of dead fur very easily. overall it works well for our needs

I used it on my cat already. He seems to enjoy it. I even pulled off a tic that I didn't like he had. It's got the knots out of his fur. You could even use this on dogs

Love this brush and so does my cat, it is like a stimulating massage for her and leaves her coat soft and Shiny, brings back the moisture in her coat and gets rid of dander. Thank you.

There were no measurements on the size of the brush, other than small. See photos for measurements. It's a great size for my cat and the grip for holding feels good.

Definitely great for long haired cats. I got a pretty good amount of hair off of my cat in a 2 minute brush and his hair isn’t that long

Can't recommend for a cat. This brush would be to stiff to use on a cat. Our cat loves to be brushed but ran off when I brushed him with this. Bristles are to stiff for cats.

I'm not sure if it's just my cat that's different, but she tends to shy away from this brush—I can't tell if it hurts her or what.There is no protection whatsoever on the wire bristles of this brush. In the past, Brushing their fur is when cats are happiest and most compliant. However, this particular brush makes the cat run away.

I honestly just wanted a soft bristle brush that will do ZERO damage to my cat's skin and merely brush the fur to remove loose hairs and debris, but this junk is the exact opposite. In place of soft plastic bristles you get firm, unyielding wires with only tiny plastic tips to prevent ripping your cat's skin (these plastic tips break and fall off over time). I tried to brush my cat's fur as gently as possible, but after 3 passes my cat actually ran away from me and hid. When I did find him I apologized profusely and threw this junk where it belonged....in the trash! If you love your cat DO NO BUY THIS FOR THEM.
