I’ve used these pads for years for senior dogs, and loved them because of their consistency. The price was great for the quantity and quality, but this last pack I bought is noticeably lower quality. Immediately after opening the pack I could tell these pads are thinner, and are more prone to crinkling up after being walked on, whereas every box before could withstand everything that comes with having animals. I hoped it was maybe just a couple pads that seemed thinner, but it appears to be the whole box. Hopefully this box is just a fluke, because if this is the quality they’ll continue to show, the price is no longer worth the quality

I bought these and they were great. I tried other brands but they just didn't match up. So I just bought 2 more boxes and was extremely disappointed to find that they are the same boxes but very different product! Much worse quality and even a different color than my previous ones. They are thin and flimsy with weird yellow spots. I had to return. Very upset because I no longer know what to buy for that initial product's quality.

I absolutely hate them. They are so very thin. A lot of times when my puppy goes potty two times it somehow gets under the pad as well as it does on. If I could return them I most certainly would. I will never ever waste my money on them again. I would rather pay $20 for good ones than a dime on these. Hopefully doubling them will help. I really have my regrets

Don’t waste your money. Get the more expensive ones to save you time, stress and work. These are so thin and small and rip super easy. They leaked everywhere and I had to mop under them every time I changed these out from my chihuahua’s room.. They also hold odor as well as urine, not that great!! I could smell everything from behind a closed door just like if I wasn’t using anything.

I used this brand for over 5 years, they were the best for absorbing. The last two times I purchased the quality has gone down significantly, they are paper thin and do not absorb well at all. They also have small pieces of what appears to be glue? When I try to open them up parts are stuck together and tear when trying to get apart.

This used to be a decent product for the cost, maybe 4 out of 5 stars. This time was a terrible product and experience. The plastic backing is so thin and flimsy that it tears when you are unfolding it unless you are extremely gentle. The absorbent layers are now so thin that a paper towel is thicker and more effective. You can literally read through the pad. There isn't enough absorbent material to catch the dog's waste before it runs off and puddles on the floor. You need to go back to your former style and materials.

I've been buying this product for a very long time and lately the quality of this product has deteriorated. It's thinner and doesn't absorb as it used to. Also they literately folded %26 stuck together that when you try to unfold them they rip. At first I thought it was a defective box but after the 4th box from the time I started noticing this issues I'm done with this product. Time to try something new.

I have been using this brand for several years...it was wonderful, UNTIL I received a box of 100 yesterday. The pads are very difficult to unfold, sticking together and th edges won't unfold. I just tried to open one that had been glued together and made a big hole. PLEASE return to previous quality... It was really a great product.

Terrible. I hate writing bad reviews but these are just awful. I have a senior shih tzu. He weighs about 10 pounds and these pads do not work for him and he’s a small dog! It’s not like he’s peeing a ton and I find myself not only having the change these after just one little pee but also cleaning up the mess underneath the pad itself! It completely leaks through. It wouldn’t be a bad value if the product actually worked but I find myself going through 6-8 a day!

We’ve used these pads for over a decade but began noticing they were out of stock locally. We ordered them online and the quality of the latest batch is awful. They are thinner and the pads were stuck in one particular spot that made it so they had a hole in before you laid it flat. Would r return both boxes if we didn’t need some immediately but I am returning second box tomorrow and going to a new brand.
