Works great for holding my tarp in place!
Worked great to hold a big tarp on my shed after the roof caved in. They went in easy (with the help of a stick for leverage (I have carpal tunnel). My daughter recommended them because they use them to hold their trampoline down. We live in Nebraska, and they live out in the country. They can get some WIND out there, and their trampoline hasn't moved at all!

Multiple uses, sturdy construction
Heavy duty metal. Thicker than a pencil. Nice sharp end. Doesn't warp. Twisted in through gravely soil. We used this growing up for our dog's lead outside. It came to mind instantly when I needed a more secure way to sink a stake in the ground. I bought four recently for the corners of our chicken coop run. It has a tarp on top and many reviews said it was prone to blowing away. We twisted these in the ground and secured them to the corner pieces. Zero issues with lifting. I think I may get a few more to use with our pop-up beach tent in the sand for the same purpose.

Do not buy - my dog’s leg got trapped in it
Do Not Buy - I bought this stake to keep My beagle dog’s lead on and his leg got caught in the small metal opening of the triangle and hurt him and me. He was crying and hurting and it took me awhile to get his leg loose and he was trying to bite it off and bit me several times as I was prying this off of his leg. Thankfully I was sitting outside next to him when it happened and was right there to respond quickly but it was incredibly scary and he’s limping and still hurt afterwards. I do not recommend this for any dog until the design is corrected where there isn’t an opening on the bottom where a dog’s leg can get trapped at.
