We needed to take our Chocolate Lab camping with us but it was a rule to have her on a leash at all times so, real quick, I ordered this from Walmart. I ordered it one night and it was delivered the next morning. The cable was for her weight and the length of 24' was perfect for the campground. It screwed into the ground with no problem at all and was very sturdy. I didn't need to worry about her pulling it out. She did great and seemed to have a good time on her first camping adventure and I'm glad that I was able to find a sturdy product that should last many more camping trips. Grateful for my Walmart with the free and quick delivery too!

Best quality lead and stake Ive found and absolutely best price. No complaints, extremely happy and have already recommended to family and friends. Used on small/medium active poodle, didnt have any worries of strength. Always kept an eye on dog during use, like any other lead theres always a risk of getting tangled up. Didnt have any issues with getting wrapped up or in dogs way much

I'm moving and my the house I bought hasn't closed yet. I'm in a primitive cabin for about 2 weeks and I out my dogs on this cable for a few minutes several times a day just to let them have some outside time. They are secure and the cable stake is easy to put in the ground!

I have bought several of these for my own personal use, but also given them to neighbors who needed to tie up their dogs. Not super expensive and gets the job done. Very easy to use.

We recently bought a puppy but we don't have a fence, yet. We actually have 3 sets of these, for different locations outside. It's great because I leave the leash on a hook, in each location, no matter where we are in the yard.

Found better quality products that were similar for around the same price but wasn't available in store. This was the only option available to get within hours

Wasn't as strong as I thought it would be my 50 pound dog bent the pole and after 3 days of using it the plastic coding on the wire started to peel off

Its taken me almost a month to decide to do a review of this item if your a pet owner if you have fur babies that mean the absolute world to you and are like your child and you thought you just wanted something to help get your pet a little outdoor time some sunshine or to stretch their legs from being cooped up in the house DO NOT BUY this thing we lost our 7 year old baby about 2 hours after staking her out on the contraption it allowed her to get wrapped around stake too many times until she was choked to death whether it was our high energy pet or this stake out we dont know but all I do know is my Lola is gone and she was supervised several times and checked on before the accident occurred, just be cautious of these things cause accidents can happen and you can be left heart broken as well.

This leash lasted just shy of 2 months exactly. The cable snapped while my 15 pound puppy (corgi mix) was attached to it in my backyard.

in less than a week the plastic coating was cracked and gone ... don't waste your time
