Vibrant Life Tough Buddy Rope Monkey Dog Toy, Chew Level 3

This the favorite toy of every dog I know. My dog (she is 14) has four of them- thinks they are her babies. We get one as a gift every time a friend gets a new puppy!

Bought this for our Great Pyrenees puppy. He loved it, and even though he tore the cloth portion off after a couple of weeks, he still got a good month and a half of regular chew time out of his well chewed dog toy. We have since ordered two more. I find it interesting how some reviewers expect an inexpensive chew toy to last a life time.

my pup had the leg torn to shreds in minutes. I'm so sad cause it's such a cute monkey, and we had luck with the vibrant life chicken, which is now discontinued.

We purchased 2 monkeys The label stated chew level 4 (moderate-heavy) Our dog had the rope pulled out of the arm of the first monkey in under 10 min. By the next morning the face had been destroyed, unstuffed and de-squeeked. Later that afternoon the same dog tore the rope out of the 2nd monkey's arm and proceeded to shred it in less than 20 min. I hardly think this is a chew label 4. Quite disappointed, certainly thought they would last longer than 24 hours.

This toy was fun for my dog for all of one hour. Do not buy this product if you wanted it to last at least through a day.

Our 4 month old puppy destroyed this monkey in less than 3 hours. I don't recommend this unless your dog is not a chewer.

I am really disappointed 😞 it was supposed to be a stage 4 level chew toy my guy tore it up in less than 20 minutes. the body is reinforced with rope so that held up. so my guy went right for the hands and feet and head that weren't reinforced.

My small terrier had played with it about an hour and one of the leg ropes came out. Additionally, after only a day, a seam had come unsewn. Very very disappointed in the quality for the price

I first found this lovely toy years ago and it quickly became my pitties favorite toy. She is a chewer, yet learned quick that it lasts longer if she is gentle with it. We play rough when tugging the rope. As long as I’m holding on to the same rope there is not much tear. So Why the 1 star? The material that it was made out of has been changed. It now rips into threads. I worry about it wrapping around her teeth. She was heartbroken that I had to take it away and keeps emptying her toy bucket looking for it.
