Vibrant Life XL Durable Multicolored Corrugated Cardboard Cat Scratching Pad

I use this for an outdoor cat and it surprisingly holds up well outside in the snow and rain. I did need to replace it after about 3 weeks however since it doesn't cost a lot of money, I don't mind. The outdoor cat loves to sit on it and she doesn't scratch my screens anymore. Win win!

I absolutely love these scratch pads! I have a bunch of cars and they love to scratch the trim around my doorways so I buy these and screw 4 of them 2 on each side and they love it. Keeps my trim alive and helps them scratching other places too like our furniture! I highly recommend for the floor or just like i use them

I foster kittens and also volunteer at a local animal shelter. Disease spread is always a top concern, and most cat scratching posts can't be sufficiently disinfected to be used by more than one litter or shelter cat. These economical cardboard scratchers are perfect because they can be used and enjoyed then tossed or sent home with an adopter when kitties find their permanent homes. Also encourages kitties to make a good choice on where to scratch instead of a piece of furniture!

My cat is really hard on things but he loves this specific brand of scratcher. It is a little expensive for the size of it, but this scratcher is the only one he doesn't destroy in a matter of minutes and refuses to use any other brands. Very much recommend!

My furbaby loves them because they satisfy her need to scratch, mark her scent in doing so, clean and shed the outer layers of her claws, and it's probably just fun and/or a pleasant feeling, especially with the added catnip. I love them because she uses them and not my carpets and furniture for her scratching needs. Plus, her enjoyment is my pleasure. I keep a couple of them lying around on the floor They come with a small packet of catnip—but I typically use my own—to sprinkle over the cardboard. Her cat tree also has a place to insert a narrower, rectangular one. She loves and uses that one the most. The cardboard is durable and well constructed; it's not cheap. It comes in a simple tray to contain it. She uses it multiple times per day, and each one lasts at least 60 days, if not closer to 75-90.

I got a few different versions of these scratchers for my cats (indoor/outdoor) thinking it'd be a long shot if they used them … THEY USE THEM AND THEY LOVE THEM! they have one in every room and even the toughest kitty in the crew (I have 5) is the biggest user of them all. do your cats a favor.. they deserve one!

Our cat is smart. A couple of scratches on this with my own nails and he followed suit. He uses it everyday. Hoping he'll stay away from my leather couch now.

had to use poster putty to hold it together and keep it in place. I suppose I didn't really have to. The inner part would be just as functional without the decorative outer part, but then it would be more difficult to use the necessary putty to hold it in place.

This is NOT a scratching pad for full size adult cats, it is for either kittens or very tiny cats! (they should include that in the description) It is VERY small (skinny) and Every time my sweet 10 lb. male cats tries to scratch it, it slides/ moves all around %26 won't stay in place! It frustrates him.😔 It is ENTIRELY TOO small %26 NOT nearly durable enough for an adult cat to use!

The cat did not like it, paid no attention to it at all for over a week, even with the catnip on it. It is nothing more than a little brick of cardboard boxes. I attempted to get a refund and honestly checked "opened but not used," because the cat did not use it, and was instructed to bring the $4 opened box back to Walmart in order to get a refund.
