It's painful. My husband is a little on the bigger side so I'm assuming it would be less uncomfortable with a smaller sized penis. I'm not sure but the vibration is good!

It arrived defective and the charging cord was broken in half….. the little metal piece that actually goes into the item and charges it was broken off
