I really like this plate. Doesn't make a whole lot of noise. Easy to use. Help with blood flow and circulation. I do yoga and was able to do a full squat chair pose for a few minutes, and had to slow it down but make it feels so good after working a few hours hrs . it works great for me and make me sleep better!

The Rican Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is a great addition to add to a workout routine. The vibration plate has a remote control to access various functions / speed levels, and the LED screen on the vibration plate is easy to read (see attached photos). If desired, it came with both resistance bands and looped bands to use. The included instruction manual explained important features of the machine and set up was quick! Also, it has the ability to be able to be connected to Bluetooth to play music while using the vibration plate. Makes my legs feel happy!

Had to try it out as soon as I got it. Wow, it actually feels like a workout! Keep knees slightly bent. Feels great %26 really feels like you have had a work out!!! Well made, everything you need is right in the box. Ready to use! Not too loud %26 very easy to figure out the controls. This little nobs on the place you stand gives that extra massage on your feet...and helps grip it better, too. You can feel it working in your muscles. This is way better than I thought it would be. Recommend this item!! If you're wanting to feel better, look better %26 sleep better.... this may just be what you're looking for!!! Going to get back on it... lol I already feel a bit better!!!

This is my favorite one of the versions and brands I've tried. The Bluetooth syncing was easy and the suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place on certain floor types are sturdy and keep their grip. It helps my son regulate with his autism, and I also use it for circulation and massage effects for my muscles. Also—the remote is a nice size and not tiny. So appreciative of that.

This was the second one I ordered the first one I had to send back because it wouldn’t work so I ordered another one a different one and I love it. It has so many options on it so I do 20 minutes on my legs then I stand on it for another 10 minutes. It feels really good.

Very easy to use, you really don’t even need to read the instructions! After the first 10 minutes, you can already feel an affect.

It’s the best product i have invested for fitness. I use it every single day for 15 min. It’s great for lymphatic or stress reliever. I highly recommend it!

Mediocre quality. Missing accessory items. Remote hard to use. Not recommended.

This product was sent to me already used by someone else. When I opened the box there was a weird odor coming from inside the box and spots was on the item plus some of the items didn't have any packaging on it. Also it was shipped in the original box and not another box covering it so people living around me seen what my order was. I am a very private person and I would not like others seeing what I purchase.

I never received this item! It was delivered to the wrong address and was cancelled by Walmart. Very unhappy with this order!!!
