Vicks 3-in-1 Sleepy Time Ultrasonic Humidifier & Diffuser

Night light requires a soft touch. First touch: On, night light shifts between colors. Second touch holds the color you want. Third touch turns night light off. It doesn't spew water all over the place; which is what I appreciated most. Low works great for a single/double room. I use low for my kitchen and living room and it works perfectly.

A good humidifier is a must in our house during cold and allergy season especially. The nightlight is color changing, which the kids love and I like it too., it can be turned off or left on. The humidifier shuts off automatically so no more trying to remember to get up at night to shut it off. The unit has a little drawer you open to put vapopads in, it comes with one to try. The humidity level is adjustable, the unit uses cool water and puts out a nice cool mist. The humidifier is easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning. Flip the top and twist off the cap to fill with cool water it’s that easy. The tank is not very big at around a half gallon but by using the lower humidity level it will run all night. I love the vapopad option because during cold season we often need the Vicks vapor to breathe and with the nightlight option this is the perfect family humidifier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I am in love with the Vicks 3 in 1 Sleepy Time ultrasonic humidifier because it can act as a nightlight and it uses the vapopads. The key things to love, it shuts off automatically no more worrying that it will run out of water and keep running. You get a free vapopad to try and they do work, just be sure to wash your hands after putting one in. This unit runs pretty quiet, not sure why I heard the dripping water sounds all the time, that is my only issue. The color changing nightlight is nice for kids or when I use it I can just turn it off. The humidity level is adjustable, running it on a lower setting works well for us. To fill, you take off the top, turn it upside down and open a screw on lid, it’s not as messy as the bottom fill types I used in the past. Overall, this humidifier works great and has some features that make it pretty close to perfect, the vapopads put it over the top.

The perfect size to keep next to my bed, this machine runs silently with just a little gurgle of water like a fountain. The mist comes out cool so you don’t have to worry about burns, and it projects really far. I’m impressed. The set up took under two minutes, including inserting the vapor pad. There’s a dial to control how much mist comes out and you can rotate the spout to change direction without having to move the whole thing. I love the nightlight feature. Press the bulb once to start a rotation of colors, press again to stay on one color, then press again to turn it off. The vapor pads add some essential oil aromatherapy to the experience but I’m happy to use this even without the pads. This ran all night to help me sleep peacefully.

Highly recommend! I have purchased 6 as gifts, and have two for my own use. Vicks has been a great brand for cool air and steam humidifiers. Other than difficulty removing mold from the output holes, this one perfect. Easy to refill without dripping everywhere. My elderly relatives can adjust the humidity dial easily. The LED creates a soft, soothing light; the operating sound is very low volume. I have gifted and least 6 of these - to new parents, friends who are sick, and elderly relatives for winter use. I also have two in use at home. The oldest one is 3 years old. Other than the nightlight dying eventually, there have been no problems. Clean it often, as the orange bacteria found in many humidifiers will build up quickly. Make sure to remove the silicone seals and wash under that area. I do hate that the outlet area is impossible to clean without long, stiff pipe cleaners (not the craft ones, which leave lint) But I will buy again. Very easy to operate I recommend distilled water for all humidifiers, unless it states otherwise in the directions.

Great little humidifier. I love the night light. Puts out a lot of cool mist and the water lasts almost all night depending on how much moisture you dial to. Doesn't drip at all, and the option to use vapor pads or essential oils is just what we wanted.

Very small, the light isn't too bright its very soft light, the mist isn't a massive shooting stream of steam in the air, its very subtle- but definitely does it's job. NOT loud, all you hear is soft faint bubbling. Would highly recommend getting distilled water (its a 1$ yall) when you buy it and pop it in the fridge to avoid mineral dust if you have hard water. Its the perfect size for our bedroom but does up to 250sqft from what i read.

It work pretty good i would recommend buying one for your child of for yourself and also the light work great too!!

I cleaned unit with vinegar as stated in instruction book prior to use. Filled it up once and used it that evening and overnight. Next day I filled it 1/3 of the way full. Using only using distilled water both times. I thought it would be a good idea to give it another cleaning. Even though it had not even been two days yet. When I did, I saw two black spots along the seam edge of the unit shown in the picture. If you look closely along the rest of the edge, you can see slight dark marks and then some spots where there are none. I believe these dark marks were mold as well. They were not there prior to using unit. I was so disappointed! It worked very well for that first evening. I finally receive some relief from coughing, recovering from bronchitis. I did think it was strange that after I refilled it, I started to cough again. I thought nothing of it until I started to clean it and saw the mold! I did do another cleaning of vinegar and then a separate cleaning of bleach and water.. I even had a small bristle brush that would reach to the part that was molded. The mold did not go away. The other features were fine. The mist flow was good and the nightlight was nice, but humidifier was the main point and mold is not an option . I was able to return it for a full refund with no issues.

I received a used humidifier with the Vicks insert already in the humidifier and the box was taped with Scotch tape spaced out. This should NOT have been delivered packed like it's defective.
