I usually take this about 90 minutes before my bed time, and it works like a charm. They taste nice too, which is always a plus! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has any trouble falling, or staying asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ii got these a few weeks back because my sleep was very inconsistent, by that I mean some mornings I would wake up and feel refreshed and other days I woke up exhausted. Well to my surprise when I started taking a gummie a night I woke up refreshed on a consistent basis because I was getting the rem sleep I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Vicks Immunity Zzzs Immune Support Gummies for the last 2 weeks and, yes, I have slept better. I don't yet know if my immunity has improved but I do realize that it takes an adequate amount of time using a product for a person's body system to notice/have/feel a difference. The gummies taste good. There is a granular sweet coating on them that I, personally, could do without but overall the product seems good. I know that zinc helps combat colds etc so I'm sure zinc being in the gummies formula is an integral part of the product and of course the elderberry is another ingredient that we all know is beneficial for us in many ways. However, I am a conscious shopper that takes packaging into consideration for the products I purchase for our household and I just personally feel that even though I like this product I won't continue to purchase it for these reasons: the packaging is not recyclable... it's heavy plastic with an even heavier plastic lid...the bottle doesn't hold much and 2 gummies are a required dosage. Each of the gummies has only 2 mg of melatonin in it, so taking 2 each night makes my melatonin intake only 4 mg. I can purchase very large bottles of melatonin in tablet form etc, and in a higher mg dosage per tablet, for lots less money than this product costs. So for saving unrecycleable Earth waste and unneeded expense from our household budget I just don't see the benefit in buying this product over buying other forms of melatonin, even including the cost of buying separate zinc and/or elderberry products to use for immunity building along with the regular melatonin tablets, that also have packaging that is more conducive to recycling/Earth waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've had issues falling sleeping. Staying asleep isn't the issues, getting sleepy and turning off my brain is the real problem. I'm not big on taking prescriptions drugs. Utilizing OTC med and natural supplements are the best options. I've taken these yummy sleeping aids for a week now and I'm sold! They taste great and help me fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling refreshed and zero grogginess. I cant say whether they have truly helped my immune system or not but it can't hurt. I haven been sick in a long time
