It's a nice combination of immune support (which we could ALL use right now, am I right?) and a sleep aid, a fantastic combo in my book!

He works in the public and sometimes works weird hours. So he has been taking these and had been loving them! He not only falls asleep quickly, but he loves that he is getting a immune system boost all at the same time. He says they taste good too. Well to my surprise when I started taking a gummie a night I woke up refreshed on a consistent basis because I was getting the rem sleep I needed.

I'm not big on taking prescriptions drugs. Utilizing OTC med and natural supplements are the best options. I've taken these yummy sleeping aids for a week now and I'm sold!
