These work good! Took 2 the first night, but, 1 worked just fine the second night. No grogginess in the morning!

works pretty good, smells and tastes really bad
These work pretty good. I usually just take one, the recommended dosage is 2 tabs. I took 2 tabs one night and they had the opposite effect. I couldn't sleep. Also, the smell/taste is absolutely HORRIBLE. Swallow them quickly.

Huge bottle---Why?
Pills work for me and an elderly relative. Bottles could hold more than five times the number of pills they contain though.

Smell is terrible!
I guess this product works OK. It makes me sleepy. But the smell is terrible! When I open the bottle, it smells like a pack of dirty dogs. I assume that's from one of the herbal ingredients, but it's really disgusting. I won't be buying this again. :(

Not as effective as the gummy version
Like other reviewers have mentioned. Taking two pills seem to make it worse. And one barely does much. Won't be purchasing these again. Will purchase the gummy version instead as they work better/faster.
